Refund Policy

At Wealthway by Ascend Wealth, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with our services. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding refunds for purchases made on our website or on our mobile application.

1. No Refund Policy

Once a payment has been successfully made for any course, subscription, workshop, or digital product on our platform, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. By completing a purchase, the user acknowledges and agrees to this policy.

Due to the digital nature of our products, all purchases made on our platform are final and non-refundable.

2. Digital Product Access

Upon successful payment, users receive instant access to digital educational content, including videos, documents, or other learning materials. Because these products cannot be returned once accessed, refunds are not permitted.

3. Payment Errors

In case of duplicate payments or technical errors during the transaction, the amount, if debited is automatically refunded by our payment partner Razorpay within 48 working hours. Users may contact our support team. After verification, we will review the issue and take appropriate action if applicable.

4. Intellectual Property & Content Protection

All course materials including but not limited to videos, lectures, documents, PDFs, strategies, research reports, graphics, and platform content are the intellectual property of Ascend Wealth.

Users are strictly prohibited from:

  • Recording course videos
  • Copying course materials
  • Downloading and redistributing content
  • Sharing login credentials
  • Selling or distributing course materials
  • Uploading course content on other platforms

Any unauthorized copying, reproduction, distribution, sharing, or resale of the digital content—whether for commercial or non-commercial purposes—will constitute a violation of intellectual property rights.

Such violations may result in immediate suspension of access and legal action under the jurisdiction of the High Courts of New Delhi, India.

5. Account Usage

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account login credentials.

Sharing account access with multiple users is strictly prohibited. If we detect multiple device abuse, account sharing, or suspicious activity, Ascend Wealth reserves the right to suspend or terminate the account without refund.

6. Limitation of Liability

Wealthway by Ascend Wealth, its founders, employees, and affiliates shall not be held responsible for:

  • Any financial loss
  • Trading losses
  • Investment decisions taken by users
  • Misinterpretation of educational content

All users agree that participation in the courses and implementation of strategies is entirely at their own risk.

7. Modification of Services

Wealthway by Ascend Wealth reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue any course, service, or content at any time without prior notice.
